My Process
Discovery
01
Every project starts with a discovery process that allows me to understand the problem space, user goals, user personas, technical constraints, and business context.
Ideation

Once I understand the goals well, I start to put together user flows, customer journey maps, and wireframes during the ideation phase. Having the underline UX mapped out will allow for discussion and validation that the initial thoughts on how the user will navigate and accomplish their goals make sense. This is another chance to work with others to ensure we are not missing any use cases.
Delivery

During the delivery stage, I put together hi-fidelity mockups, design prototypes, and run user interviews/research to validate that the designs created solved the defined problem. In this step, I also validate with stakeholders to ensure this meets the needs/goals set by the team.
